Delivery & Returns
At present we only deliver Something Blue by Ostro items within the UK. We use Fedex who aim to provide a next working day delivery for all orders received before 12 pm.
When we ship your jewellery, Fedex will email you, so you can track your purchase, should you wish to do so.
Deliveries to mainland UK over £150 are free of charge. Sadly we cannot include deliveries to Northern Ireland.
We hope that you will love each and every Something Blue item you buy, but if you do not, simply return the order to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery and we will swiftly, but regretfully, issue a refund. Items must be returned as new - unworn and in the original Something Blue packaging. We are unable to accept returned Something Blue articles which are not in perfect condition.
If you would like to return an item, please first email us at email@example.com we will email you a Returns Slip, together with a Returns Label to print off. You can choose to drop the package of at a nearby Fedex collection point, or if you prefer, email us and we will arrange a collection for you, at your convenience (Fedex collects Monday to Friday). All you then need to do is complete the Returns Slip and attach the Returns label.
If we do not have the Returns Slip with your returned parcel, we will be unable to process your refund.
Refund payments will always be made to the same credit/debit card that was used to purchase the goods. A return shipping cost fee of £5.00, to cover the FedEx courier, will be deducted from the refund payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed. We are really sorry but shipping costs to you will not be refunded, unless it is damaged or faulty, as we explain below.
If the pieces you return have been gift-wrapped using our gift service, we will not provide a refund for the price you have paid for the gift service.
If you love your Something Blue jewellery but the size is not quite right, please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org, telling us if you would like a refund or to try a different size (we definitely recommend you download our size guide as that is really helpful). Provided that we have that size in stock (and if we do not, we will let you know) we will email you a Returns Slip, together with a complimentary Returns Label to print off. All you then need to do is complete the Returns Slip attach the label and go to this link to arrange your FedEx collection or drop off. As soon as we receive your Something Blue jewellery, we will send you your chosen replacement size. Please do check your ring size carefully, as we will only cover the cost of an exchange for a different size once.
We missed something!
Each of our Something Blue pieces has been carefully checked for quality on multiple occasions; our final check is when our Customer Care Team lovingly pack each piece for you. If somehow, we have missed something, and you do receive something which is damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt, telling us the problem. We will then issue you with a defect item authorisation code to include on your Returns Label together with the Returns Label.
When we receive the defective item, we will carry out a full inspection. Where the defect is considered genuine, we will of course offer a replacement if possible or a full refund including any delivery cost that you may have paid.
All sale items must be returned to us as above within 14 days of receipt.
Returning an item bought as a gift
If you have received a Something Blue gift, which you wish to return, please email us as above, and we will send you the Returns Slip and the Returns Label. We will let the person who sent you this gift know and refund the cost of the item to the card used for the original purchase. Before you return anything though, do check our website, in case there is anything else that catches your eye!
